Product Description

Magnetic Drum

[Introduction] Dry magnetic separation equipment,used for the pre-separation of coarse-grained strong magnetic minerals.

[Capacity]100t/h-350t/h

[Application] It is used for dry preconcentration of magnetite before grinding, and the particle size of the preconcentration is less than 300 mm.

[Improvement] The design of large magnetic encapsulation angle, magnetic encapsulation angle < 180 degrees, increases the length of separation band and the number of magnetic inversion, achieves the effective separation of magnetic minerals and non (weak) magnetic minerals.

 

Advantages

  1. The magnetic system of the magnetic drum adopts Nd-Fe-B magnets with high magnetic energy product and high coercivity, and the magnetic field intensity is high.
  2. The demagnetization rate of magnetic field intensity is less than 5% in 8 years.
  3. The magnet system is coated with non-magnetic stainless steel to ensure that the magnet does not fall off.
  4. The service life of the magnetic drum is significantly improved by using non-magnetic stainless steel and coated with wear-resistant rubber.
  5. Permanent magnet drum can be either active drum or driven drum.

 

Structure

Principle of magnetic drum: As the driving drum of conveyor belt, the material is sorted when it passes through the magnetic drum. When the magnetic material moves to the top of the drum, it is attracted and automatically falls off when it moves to the bottom. The non-magnetic material falls directly along the horizontal parabolic trajectory. The magnetic material and non-magnetic material will enter different feeding hoppers separately.
