Structure
Under the rotating action of the impeller, the slurry is discharged from the lower end of the impeller along the axis, and a negative pressure is formed in the impeller chamber. The slurry from the upper part of the agitation tank flows into the impeller chamber to supplement it. At the same time, under the diversion effect of the stabilizer plate, the pulp in the trough forms a vertical circulating flow downward from the center and upward from all sides. When the ascending velocity of pulp is greater than the settling velocity of ore particles, the ore particles in the pulp will be suspended and keep uniform concentration.
