 Aojie combines with advantages of foreign lime rotary kiln, anthracite (coke) fired vertical kiln, and coal powder lime sleeve kiln, successful developing bituminous powder injection combustion lime kiln. It has been successfully exported to Philippines.
Pulverized coal combustion type vertical lime kiln can achieve the following goals:
1) being the only power source of new lime kiln, bituminous powder or brown coal powder is 30% cheaper than that of coke, anthracite particle (20mm~40mm) in layer burning lime kiln. It can reach energy-saving purpose and be warmly welcomed especially in countries and regions without anthracite.
2) Small investment, small occupied area, and short construction period. The production output can be from 80 tons / day ~300 tons / day with various kiln type, particularly suitable for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs selecting projects or replace a better kiln type.
3) Environmental indicators can reach or even exceed national environmental protection index. Because of efficient utilization of wet type cyclone dust removal is even cheaper bag-type environmental protection device, flue gas emissions from the kiln can achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization.
Environmental protection index: COX<100mg/m3, NOX<200mg/m3, dust <10mg/m3, CO2 gas can be separated and solidified into CaCO3 generation, laying good foundation for deep processing of new products from the lime kiln.
4) The activity of lime≥300ml/min and can be widely used in non-ferrous metallurgical lime and iron and steel industry.
5) complete lime from the kiln with dimension of 30~60mm, white degree: grade one.
6) Simple operation. The burning situation in the kiln can be checked at any time and lime sample can be tested at any time. Product quality can be ensured in advance and under burning rate can reach the same level with the rotary kiln
