[Application] High-efficiency deep cone concentrator is mainly used for concentrating minerals. It can also be used for concentrating other fine-grained and low-density slurries and wastewater treatment.

Advantages

2. Because of the slenderness of the pond and the addition of flocculant in the process of concentration, the settling speed of materials in the pond is faster and the concentration process of overflow water clarification is shorter.

4. The treatment capacity is 3-8 times higher than that of ordinary thickener, and the underflow concentration can reach 300-800 g/L.

 

Structure

The main components of the equipment are concentrated pond and rake mud scraper. The solid particles suspended in the pulp settle in the pond under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so the solid and liquid can be separated. Sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentrator is continuously scraped and collected by a rake dredger and discharged from the central outlet of the bottom of the concentrator, while clarified water overflows along the upper edge of the concentrator.
