When the sand washing machine works, the motor drives the wheel with bucket to rotate slowly through the triangular belt, reducer and gear. The sand or slag particles enter the washing tank from the feed tank and are stirred, overturned and washed under the drive of the bucket wheel, and wash the dust and impurities covering the sand surface and destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand particles. At the same time, add water to form a strong water flow, timely take away dust, impurities and other foreign matters with small specific gravity, and discharge them from the bucket outlet washing tank. The clean sand and stone are poured into the discharge tank or dewatering vibration screen, and finally complete the cleaning of sand and stone.
