 Impact crusher Application and Usage
 impact crusher can crush many kinds of materials with max feed size less than 500mm and crushing strength less than 320 MPa. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. The PFseries impact crusher employs self-weigh security device in its back frame to protect from useless materials. The reversible impactors are among the most advanced of the secondary or tertiary crushers for the reduction of stone, coal, ore, clay, shale, refractories, ceramics, scrap glass, chemicals, and other materials. 

 Working principle of impact crusher 
 Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When Impact crusher works, under the driving force of motor, the rotor rolls at a high speed with the blow bar on it hitting the material into pieces, and then the material will be thrown toward the impact device and then to the blow, so it will be crushed again. This process repeats until materials are crushed to the requested size. The product size and output can be controlled by adjusting the clearance between impact plate and blow bar.
