Sand washing and recycling machine is a new type of product developed by Jiangxi Well-Tech International Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. for many years. The mechanism is reasonable, Take small space and high efficiency. In traditional sand washing, the loss of fine sand is serious, take a lot land occupation and manpower. This new machine  can effectively control the loss of fine sand, improve the quality of sand, control the flow of sand in concrete and reduce the amount of cement. The benefit of the sand washing plant is increased.

Equipment composition
It is composed of hydrocyclone, dewatering screen, impeller sand washing machine, reducer, slurry pump, cleaning box,return material box, motor, vibrating motor and other components.

Working principle

The sand water mixture enters the cleaning box of the impeller sand washing machine; the sand is washed out by the cleaning box; the filter screen is filtered through the screen of the wheel bucket; it falls into the dewatering screen for dewatering, and the effluent (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust and other impurities) is washed and transported to the hydrocyclone by the slurry pump, and then the fine sand after the centrifuge classification is passed through the hydrocyclone. The sank mouth is discharged into the upper layer of the dewatering screen; the waste water, mud, dust and impurities in the cleaning box are discharged through the overflow outlet of the hydrocyclone and discharged into the return material box; the upper layer is made of coarse sand; the lower layer is made of fine sand, or the thickness is mixed out (it can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements).
