Working Principle:

Brief Introduction:

The iron separator is concatenated in a material delivery pipeline which inclination is 45 to 75 degrees , when the materials passes through the iron separator the ferromagnetic material in it is attached to the high-strength wear-resistant pipe wall of the iron remover in the adsorbent pipe , as the permanent magnet moves, it gradually slides to the iron outlet to separate from the material .

At the exit of iron, the permanent magnet moves away in the direction of cyclic motion , Ferromagnetic materials lose magnetic attraction and are discharged from the outlet of iron under the action of gravity, so as to realize the automatic iron removal of materials
