Description of alluvial gold mining equipment
Step 1. The raw ore is fed onto the gold trommel by excavator or loader;
Step 2. The gold trommel washes and classifies the raw ore. The upper sizes without gold are discharged as tailings, while the bottom sizes together with the clays go onto the gold concentrator.
Step 3. The gold concentrator enriches the heavy minerals including the gold.
Step 4. The tailing of gold concentrator go through the gold sluice box so as to recover the gold particles which is possiblely lost from the tailings.
Step 5. The concentrates of the gold concentrator as well as the concentrates of the sluice box go to the shaking table for further separation.
Step 6. The gold concentrates of the shaking table could be processed by amalgamator to recover the gold sands, and then be smelted by the gold smelting furnace.
