Description of alluvial silver mining equipment
Step 1. The raw ore is fed onto the silver trommel by excavator or loader;
Step 2. The silver trommel washes and classifies the raw ore. The upper sizes without silver are discharged as tailings, while the bottom sizes together with the clays go onto the silver concentrator.
Step 3. The silver concentrator enriches the heavy minerals including the silver.
Step 4. The tailing of silver concentrator go through the silver sluice box so as to recover the silver particles which is possiblely lost from the tailings.
Step 5. The concentrates of the silver concentrator as well as the concentrates of the sluice box go to the shaking table for further separation.
Step 6. The silver concentrates of the shaking table could be processed by amalgamator to recover the silver sands, and then be smelted by the silver smelting furnace.
