Product Description

     The roller crusher has features of high-efficiency, energy-saving, easy maintenance and cost save.
 It has strong selfpreservation ability, convenient and reliable adjustment of pressure and crushing granularity. Need no foundation in installation. It consumes low power but high productivity on the same producing granularity. This product mainly used for crushing cement clinker, the discharging granularity is 0-10mm, 50% of the crushing is powdered, and this can increase the production by 30%-50%. It is widely applied to fine crushing of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and coal etc. Especially applied to the cement clinker, productivity can be increased by 30-50% through adjusting the grinding mill grading.






Operating Principle
This equipment adopts two motors, which take two rollers to rotate reversely by the decelerator. When the materials drop on the rollers through the feeding hole, under the friction of the rollers, they are dragged between the rollers, grinded by the rollers and crushing, the crushed materials are pushed out by the rollers.
