These minerals are mainly used as raw materials for the production of optical fibres, glass, ceramics and refractory materials, Iron occuring in them is harmful. as it impairs transmission in optical fibres and thtransparency of glasses. It discolours ceranic products and lowers the melting point of refractory materials.
Our magnetic roller separator can remove the iron conten of Industrial minerals and purify the industrial minerals, such as silica/glass sand, china clays and feldspar.

Work principle:

As the material is introduced to the roller surface, the magnetic field attracts ferrous material to the rotating outer roller. This action continually conveys the captured ferrous material out of the product flow to the ferrous discharge area creating a self-cleaning action.
