  The vertical centrifuge is developed according to the characteristics of the sand gold production in China. It is especially suitable for the selection of sand gold. It also has good separation effect for other large density minerals, such as tungsten sand and tin sand. It can replace chute and artificial elutriation to improve separation efficiency and reduce labor intensity. At present, it has been widely used in field geological survey, small gold mining and separation, and heavy sand separation in laboratories. Many combinations have been used in gold dredger both at home and abroad.
  The mineral particles with different density and granularity are subjected to the action of friction, centrifugal force, gravity, medium buoyancy, hydrodynamic force, medium resistance and separation trough force in the inclined discline. Upward movement produces stratification, and then is discharged by water power and other functions. It becomes a concentrate and tailings.
  The structure of the vertical centrifuge is composed mainly of the bracket, the disassembly plate, the overflow tank, the tilt adjuster, the water spray pipe, the motor, the reducer and so on. The foot pedal has a foot pedal device.
